Black Widowa supplier of automotive digital imaging equipment, announced on April 27 a partnership with Mogul Wizard, a North American vehicle reconditioning service provider, for Dent Wizard to utilize Black Widow’s imaging and marketing services at two Indiana dealerships. The arrangement will be extended to other locations later this year.
“Dealers are under unprecedented pressure to return vehicles faster than ever before,” said Tim Grimes, director of sales at Black Widow, in a press release. “As consumers begin their vehicle search online, quality imaging is what moves a potential customer from behind the screen to in the field, and we’ve developed a system that allows dealers to manage photography by internal – minimizing investment while maximizing quality.”
Black Widow’s camera system captures 360-degree footage and walkthroughs in seconds, with footage automatically uploaded to a reseller’s software, helping to speed up marketing and customer transactions for a higher level of assurance. After used vehicles have been serviced and repaired for any minor damage such as dents and dings, dealers walk through the Black Widow surround camera system, which hangs from the ceiling, to capture footage automatically uploaded to the software from a dealership, thus accelerating time to market. and accurate transactions.
Most imaging systems are awkward to move and take up valuable space in a dealership’s facility, while Black Widow’s system is flexible while instantly delivering high-quality images that ensure consistency and clarity of all vehicles remarketed through dealer websites.
Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Chateau Buick in Chesterton, Indiana, will be the first of Dent Wizard’s facilities to use the automated imaging system, with expansion plans underway for later this year.
