The BMW G 310 RR was launched in India, priced at Rs. 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom) for the base Black variant and the Sport Style variant are priced at Rs. 2.99 lakh. The latter comes with BMW Motorrad’s Motorsport livery. This is the Bavarian brand’s third model in the 310 series after the G 310 R and the G 310 GS Adventure Tourer. The company had previously announced that buyers will be able to make monthly payments for the 310 RR starting at Rs 3,999 per month and is also accepting reservations for the model. We already know that the BMW G 310 RR is a sibling of the TVS Apache RR 310. That said, the company has made some cosmetic updates to the BMW G 310 RR, it gets BMW-specific colors and graphics, which makes it makes it more in line with BMW Motorrad models.

The BMW G 310 RR retains the split headlight configuration at the front as well as the similar design of the fairing. At the rear, the bull horn style LED elements in the taillights are also a direct carryover from the Apache 310. revamped operating and technologies such as Bluetooth connectivity. It sports BI-LED dual-projector headlights that have been carried over from its TVS sibling, as do the taillight, mirrors, gold USD forks and windshield. The biggest differentiator between the two bikes is the BMW livery and badging, which are synonymous with larger BMW supersport bikes.

As for the powertrain, the BMW G 310 RR will receive the same 313 cc single-cylinder engine from the 310 family. The engine develops 34 hp at 9,700 rpm and 27 Nm of peak torque at 7,700 rpm , and is mated to a six-speed gearbox. It is also equipped with riding modes and dual-channel ABS, among others.
