Lexus India rolls out car care package for customers in flood-hit Bangalore, Auto News, ET Auto

Lexus is the luxury car arm of major Japanese automaker Toyota and launched its operations in India in 2017.

New Delhi: Luxury automaker Lexus India said on Wednesday it has rolled out a vehicle maintenance program for its flood-affected customers in Bangalore. In line with the “Lexus Cares Package”, the company will offer assistance and special rates for repairs of cars affected by rains, floods or floods in Bengaluru.

The automaker will also provide customers with a spare Lexus car in case their vehicles are badly damaged and are in an unmovable condition, until their new or repaired cars arrive, Lexus India said in a statement.

In addition, cars affected by rain will receive priority maintenance, including pickup and faster delivery, the company added.

The package will also offer discounts on auto parts and labor paid for by customers, he said.

“We stand with our customers during these challenging times and will take every measure to ensure they experience minimal to no mobility issues,” Lexus India Chairman Naveen Soni said.
